Frequently asked questions and answers for Oak Hills homeowners and residents. Topics include:
Yard debris drop box
All Oak Hills residents receive one free key fob. The new key fob system works much like many building access systems: hold your key fob to the small sensor pad next to facility doors to gain entry. All homeowners will have access to the recreation facilities (pool pass purchase required to enter the pool area) during open hours, even when staff members are not present. Since most facilities are currently staffed for summertime activities during the day, key fobs will be more necessary in the fall, winter, and spring seasons.
How do I get my key fob? Pick up a key fob in person at the Pool/Guard office from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Please bring a photo ID and your lot number. I lost my key fob, what do I do? Go to the Pool/Guard office from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. to inquire about lost and found or purchasing a new fob ($50). Please bring a photo ID and your lot number. My key fob isn't working properly, how do I fix it? Please bring your key fob to the Pool/Guard office from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and speak to the staff person/supervisor. Please bring a photo ID and your lot number.

Yard Debris Drop Box
Here in Oak Hills, we have beautiful residential properties that require regular maintenance and care, which results in many homeowners needing access to additional debris disposal options besides curb-side pick-up. The community yard debris drop box is open during the late spring through early fall seasons, on weekends between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. To purchase a sticker ($20) for your vehicle in order to access the drop box for the season, please stop by the Pool/Guard Office. Contact OHHA Board Director, Todd Cooper, at email@example.com, with any questions.
